“We’ve been part of the MJMA family since the fall of 2021. Now, in our third year, we’ve noticed our son is more advanced than other non-Montessori kids his age. This is undoubtedly due to the three-year age grouping found in the Montessori Primary classroom. As a 3-year-old, he was able to watch and learn from 5-year-olds. He has access to learning materials he wouldn’t normally see until kindergarten and beyond. He is consistently encouraged to go beyond what he thinks he can do. He’s allowed the independence toddlers so desperately want. This nurturing environment has been fantastic for him, and we can’t wait to see just how far he’ll come over the next few years.
